letter.JPG (3794 bytes) ndian Society for Applied Behavioural Science is a national, non profit, voluntary, professional organisation founded by a group of behavioural scientists engaged in applying their knowledge and skills for the well-being of persons and organisations.

Its members work as independent consultants, trainers, counsellors, academicians, training managers, personnel and human resource development managers in industrial and non-industrial organisations, and as community change agents.

ISABS was registered in January 1972 as a professional body under the Societies' Registration Act of 1860. Over the past Thirty-Six years, ISABS Membership has grown considerably. Most of its growth has been brought about through its Professional Development and Internship Programmes.


Our Vision
ISABS is a value based institution dedicated to the dignity and autonomy of human beings as individuals in groups, organisations and society at large.

ISABS is dedicated to understanding, developing and applying human process competencies through continuous experimentation, research and learning related to Applied Behavioural Science.
